We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to promote our property portfolio, enhance brand presence, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads.
Social Media Management:
Develop content strategies to boost engagement across platforms, including virtual property tours, video content, and social media posts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within real estate or high-value product sectors.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and SEO tools.
Proficiency in CRM software, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), or video editing tools.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
