Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand's growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. In this role, you will transition beyond general execution to act as a

strategic growth engineer

, leveraging AI-driven workflows and advanced data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. You will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while ensuring human-centric brand differentiation in an automated market.

Key Responsibilities



AI-Enhanced Strategy:

Design and oversee AI-driven marketing workflows for content creation, ad optimization, and hyper-personalized customer journeys.

Performance Marketing:

Manage multi-channel paid media budgets across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and emerging AI-driven ad networks.

Search & Visibility:

Lead advanced SEO strategies that account for AI-driven search results, voice search, and zero-click search trends.

Data & Privacy:

Architect first-party data strategies to ensure effective targeting and personalization while maintaining strict compliance with evolving global data privacy laws.

Content Systems:

Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact, platform-native content that cuts through AI-generated noise through authentic storytelling.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preffered)

AI Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools and low-code platforms to automate marketing tasks and scale production.

Technical Toolkit:

Mastery of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and major ad managers.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to balance short-term performance gains with long-term brand equity.

Communication:

Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications



Certifications in AI Strategy, Advanced Analytics, or platform-specific expert levels (e.g., Google Ads Search Professional). Hands-on experience with marketing automation engineering and A/B testing protocols. Proven track record of managing seven-figure annual ad spends with a focus on scaling revenue.
