Key Responsibilities:



Plan and manage

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns.

Create

custom audiences

- city-wise, education-wise, and interest-wise.

Track

Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Conversion (CPConv)

, and

lead generation ratio

.

Prepare detailed

Excel reports

showing

ad spend, leads, CPC, CPConv, and ROI

.

Design and edit

images & videos

for social media campaigns.

Analyze campaign data using

Excel, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics

.

Optimize campaigns to achieve

maximum leads at minimum cost

.

Requirements:



Deep knowledge of

Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, and Business Analytics

. Strong

Excel & reporting skills

(Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Formulas). Proven work experience in the

Education / Ed-Tech industry

. Ability to create

creatives and short ad videos

(Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Must submit

past campaign reports

showing: Total ad spend Number of leads generated

CPC & CPConversion details

(with evidence/report copy)
