Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC)

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid campaigns, and a performance-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

PPC campaigns

across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ROI and conversions Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Create compelling ad copies and A/B test creatives, headlines, and landing pages Track and analyze performance using

Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager

Implement conversion tracking using

Google Tag Manager

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Knowledge of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation Experience with

conversion tracking, pixels, and GTM

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) Good understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification (Search / Display / Video) Experience in

Ed-Tech / Lead Generation campaigns

Basic understanding of SEO and CRO Experience managing high-budget campaigns
