Key Responsibilities:Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Content & SEO:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow company's presence across social media channels.
Develop content calendars, create posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor website and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social platform insights.
Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
