? Assist in the development and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy.
? Research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor
activity to identify new opportunities.
? Manage the digital marketing calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of
content and campaigns.
? Content Marketing & SEO
? Create, edit, and publish engaging content for our website, blog, and social
media channels.
? Optimize website and content for search engines (On-page and Off-page SEO) to
improve organic rankings.
? Manage the company blog, including topic ideation, writing, and promotion.
Social Media Management
? Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (e.g.,
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
? Develop and schedule daily posts, engage with our community, and run social
media advertising campaigns.
? Monitor social media metrics and performance report. Email Marketing
? Build and segment email lists, design email templates, and write compelling
copy
? Execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotional blasts, nurture sequences)
and analyse performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Advertising (PPC):
? Create, manage, and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such
as Google Ads and social media channels (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).
? Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital
channels using tools like Google Analytics
? Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement
? Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Skills required:
? Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
? 2-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
? Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social
media, and email marketing.
? Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as:
o Google Analytics and Google Search Console
o Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,461.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
