We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing digital campaigns, improving online visibility, and driving measurable growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn.
Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits.
Create and maintain social media calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Develop and optimize landing pages, website content, and user journeys to improve conversions.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.
Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure consistent branding.
Handling the client communication effectively from end to end delivery and also work in the client retention and generate the leads from the website on
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content strategy.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Good understanding of WordPress, landing page builders, or basic web management.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
