Key Responsibilities:



Plan, manage, and optimize

Meta Ads campaigns

across Facebook & Instagram. Create

custom audiences

based on city, education, and interests. Track key performance metrics including

Cost per Click (CPC)

,

Cost per Conversion (CPConv)

, and

lead generation ratio

. Prepare detailed

Excel reports

covering ad spend, leads generated, CPC, CPConv, and ROI. Design and edit engaging

images and short videos

for social media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance using

Meta Business Suite

,

Excel

, and

Google Analytics

. Continuously

optimize campaigns

to maximize leads while minimizing cost.

Requirements:



Strong expertise in

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Digital Marketing analytics

. Advanced

Excel reporting skills

(Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and Formulas). Proven work experience in the

Education / Ed-Tech industry

. Ability to design creatives and short ad videos using

Canva, Photoshop

, or similar tools. Must share

past campaign reports

showing: Total ad spend Number of leads generated CPC & CPConversion details (with evidence/report copy)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
