Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic, and achieving measurable business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for managing paid and organic digital initiatives across multiple platforms while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn

to maximize reach and conversions. Drive

SEO and SEM

initiatives through keyword optimization, content strategy, and analytics tracking. Manage social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging, engagement, and growth. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital assets and marketing collaterals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present data-driven insights to optimize ROI. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.

Core Competencies:

Expertise in

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of

performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines. Working knowledge of

WordPress, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms

(Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in

Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads

will be advantageous.
