Key Responsibilities:
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to deliver strong ROI for clients.
Collaborate with the creative team to test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Stay updated on algorithms, trends, and platform updates to enhance results.
Research competitors and audience behavior to refine targeting and strategy.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably at an agency.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content performance.
Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with design and strategy teams.
