We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.
Content & Social Media
Create engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality assets.
SEO & Website Management
Perform ongoing keyword research and SEO performance analysis.
Optimize website and content to improve organic rankings.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels.
Prepare detailed reports on ROI, KPIs, click-through rates, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
Email & Automation
Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Analytics.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities.
