Job Description

This is an on-site, full-time role in Noida (near Electronic City Metro Station). The position requires an immediate joiner and offers a fixed CTC of up to ₹4.5 LPA.

The specialist will act as a "360 Digital Marketing Wizard," focusing on generating traffic, conversions, and growth across all digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube Ads) and Meta/Instagram Ads campaign architecting. Mastery of GA-4, GTM, and attribution models. Managing end-to-end funnels across multiple channels (Search, Social, Email, Remarketing, Affiliates, etc.). Owning Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and running A/B tests. Requires 2-4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience and proficiency in key marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
