Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and ensure consistent brand voice and engagement.
SEO & SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and ROI.
Content Marketing:
Develop and manage blogs, email newsletters, and digital ad creatives. Coordinate with content and design teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
Email & Automation:
Manage email campaigns, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools for customer nurturing.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
Brand Management:
Support in maintaining a consistent brand image across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of
digital marketing concepts
(SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Email, Influencer, and Content Marketing).
Familiarity with tools like
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp
, etc.
Excellent
communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience
MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing
(mandatory).
Internship or 0-3 years or above of experience in a digital marketing role preferred.
