Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize all digital campaigns including

SEO, SEM (Google Ads), display advertising, social media (organic & paid), email marketing

, and affiliate marketing. Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights. Manage content strategy and collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency across channels. Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with customer acquisition goals. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Solid knowledge of

SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

, and other digital marketing tools. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign) will be add on. Strong understanding of web analytics and performance metrics. Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
