with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across
SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and content marketing
.
Optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
to meet performance KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).
Generate insights and monthly reports on campaign performance; propose actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools or channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
, and other PPC platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Google Ads or Meta Certifications
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for landing page edits)
Prior agency or startup experience
