Digital Marketing Specialist (or Manager/Executive)
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative
Digital Marketing professional
to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, PPC, display ads, etc.)
Develop and manage
social media strategies
, create engaging content, and monitor performance across platforms
Conduct
keyword research, SEO audits, and link-building strategies
to improve organic rankings
Manage and optimize
paid advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROI
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using
Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
Collaborate with the content and design team to create
landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing assets
Monitor digital marketing trends and implement best practices to
improve conversion rates and engagement
Prepare
performance reports
with insights and actionable recommendations
Manage
email marketing campaigns
, segmentation, and automation
Stay updated on the latest
digital marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in
digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and PPC campaigns
Strong understanding of
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools
Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS, website management, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Excellent
copywriting, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of
AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
