As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of the foundation across the internet. Your mission is to create awareness, manage social media, and drive digital donations through creative storytelling and strategic campaigns. This is a

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Campaign Management:
Design and execute fundraising campaigns for our building completion.
Content Creation:
Draft compelling posts, reels, and email newsletters that tell the stories of the children we serve.
Ad Strategy:
(Optional/Growth-based) Manage low-budget Meta/Google ads to target potential donors.
Community Engagement:
Interact with followers, influencers, and potential corporate sponsors.
Analytics:
Track campaign performance and donation conversion rates.
Requirements (Education & Experience)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or any related field.
Certified in Social Media Marketing or Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio).
Experience:
1-3 years
of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts or running successful online campaigns.
Experience in the NGO sector
is highly desirable as it requires a specific emotional tone.
Skills:
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in both
English and Hindi
.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Spark) and video editing for Reels/Shorts.
Understanding of donor psychology and digital fundraising tools.
