About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

who has strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing digital campaigns to help us achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Manage and scale campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Improve ROI and reduce CPA using analytical insights Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes Coordinate with internal team for creatives and content

Requirements

Proven experience in

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversions, pixel tracking Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager (preferred) Strong communication skills Must be based in

Dehradun or willing to relocate
