About the Role

You will manage online marketing and lead generation for both

Overseas Admit (Study Abroad)

and

Admit IELTS Academy (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo coaching)

.
Your main goal is to generate

daily verified leads

through ads, social media, and CRM follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run

Google & Meta Ads

(Search, Display, Instagram, Facebook). Manage

WhatsApp Business + CRM

for lead collection and tracking. Post and schedule

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social creatives.

Coordinate with video editors and designers for ad creatives. Analyze campaign performance and report weekly CPL (Cost Per Lead). Manage

Google Business profile, website content updates, and SEO basics.

Support offline events with digital campaigns and follow-up lists.

Requirements

1-3 years experience

in digital marketing or lead generation. Hands-on with

Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp automation tools.

Basic skills in

Canva, Excel, and social media planning.

Understanding of

education, IELTS, or study abroad audience

preferred. Strong English communication and reporting discipline.

Performance Goals

Generate

7-10 verified leads per day.

Maintain

CPL below ?70-100.

Deliver

weekly lead reports and ad ROI summary.

Post

minimum 4 reels or short videos per week.

Compensation

Performance bonus for meeting lead & conversion targets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
