Google Search Ads Specialist

to join our in-house marketing team at our Dehradun office.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage high-converting

Google Search Ads

campaigns. Perform deep keyword research, ad grouping, and bid optimization. Write compelling ad copies and continuously test variations to improve performance. Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategy to improve ROI. Generate reports and insights using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Work with the team to ensure ad campaigns align with landing pages and funnel strategies. Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates and search marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in managing

Google Search Ads

. Strong command of keyword strategy, match types, ad extensions, and bidding models. Experience in lead generation and conversion-based search campaigns. Proficiency in

Google Analytics

, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.

Google Ads Certification (Search)

is preferred. Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and results-driven approach.
