Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for devising and executing social media marketing strategies, managing and analyzing online marketing campaigns, and leveraging web analytics to measure effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating digital marketing efforts, creating engaging content, and ensuring the company's online presence is optimized for visibility and engagement.

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing. Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics. Strong Communication skills. Ability to create engaging digital content. Experience in educational or related fields is a plus Proactive attitude and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute

digital marketing campaigns

across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a focus on

cost-effective lead generation

. Design and create engaging

visual content

using

Canva, Adobe Photoshop

, and other tools for social media and web platforms. Manage Vidyavision's

social media accounts

and build strong audience engagement. Create, edit, and publish compelling web and social media content. Monitor campaign and website performance using analytics tools; generate

reports and actionable insights

. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
