Job Summary
A results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, improving lead generation, increasing online presence, optimizing digital performance, and achieving measurable marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Plan, track, and optimize online campaigns based on performance analytics

Social Media Management
Create social media content calendars
Grow and engage audience across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
Handle daily posting, monitoring, and campaign reporting
?
SEO & Website Management
Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO
Monitor organic traffic and search engine rankings
Update website content & landing pages

Content Creation & Management
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and ads
Coordinate with designers, photographers, & video editors
Write clear and compelling copy
?
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on data insights

Branding & Communication
Maintain online brand reputation
Manage influencer & agency coordination
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with training also considered)
Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.)

Website traffic & ranking improvement
Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI improvement
Campaign performance metrics

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
