We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social media communities, and executing digital strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with a keen eye for design and a passion for data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design:
Design high-quality, engaging visual content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and ads using tools like
Canva
.
Write, edit, and publish
SEO-optimized articles and blog posts
to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic publishing schedule.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our company's
social media pages
(e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create and schedule daily posts, run engagement campaigns, and monitor social media trends.
Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
Customer Engagement & Communication:
Monitor and manage
customer responses
across all digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Craft and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and automated sequences.
Serve as a key point of contact for online customer inquiries, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Website Management:
Utilize your
understanding of WordPress and website designing
to make routine updates, create new landing pages, and ensure the website is visually appealing and functional.
Collaborate with web developers or designers on more complex projects and website improvements.
Perform basic website maintenance, such as checking for broken links and optimizing page loading speeds.
Analysis & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels (website traffic, social engagement, email open rates, etc.).
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and use insights to recommend and implement optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a digital marketing or similar role.
Expertise in Canva
for creating professional-grade graphics and marketing materials.
Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrable experience in writing
SEO-optimized articles
.
Hands-on experience in
managing social media pages
for a business or brand.
Excellent communication skills for handling
customer responses
and crafting marketing
emails
.
A solid
understanding of WordPress
with the ability to update content, create pages, and work with common page builders.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
