Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow engagement and followers. Content Creation: Develop creative, on-brand content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other digital assets. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach and manage search engine marketing efforts. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement rates and lead generation. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to our strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2-3 years). Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. Strong creative skills and an eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
