Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
Plan, create, and manage
Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
campaigns
Keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
Monitor daily budgets, bids, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
Optimize campaigns for better performance and lower acquisition cost
Set up and manage
conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics / GA4
SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)
Perform
keyword research
for service pages, blogs, and landing pages
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
Execute
off-page SEO
activities: link building, citations, outreach, and listings
Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Search Console
Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, page speed)
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
for ads and SEO
Analyze data and provide actionable insights for improvement
Track leads/sales and attribute results to campaigns
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of
SEO fundamentals (on-page & off-page)
Experience with
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
Good written communication skills for ad copies and content optimization
Experience working with
WordPress / Shopify websites
is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
