We are seeking a results-driven Performance/Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple international markets. The role focuses on driving measurable growth through paid media, data-driven optimization, and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across global markets, with a strong focus on PPC, paid social, and programmatic advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics platforms and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports, clearly communicating insights, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI through ongoing optimization and in-depth performance analysis.
Design and run A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and key performance indicators.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance and digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven experience in landing page optimization and improving quality scores.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
