Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Meta Advertising for our brand. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution skills, content understanding, and an analytical mindset. This role will directly contribute to brand visibility, lead generation, and online growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (SMM)
Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building
Coordinate with designers/creators for high-quality visuals
Track social media analytics and optimise performance
2. Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram Ads)
Plan, create, and optimise ad campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions
Build targeted ad sets (retargeting, cold audience, custom audiences)
Monitor ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR and refine campaigns for best performance
Manage ad budgets and provide detailed reporting
3. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve organic traffic, ranking, visibility, and domain authority
Coordinate content optimisation for website, landing pages, and blogs
Work with developers for fixing SEO issues
4. Analytics, Strategy & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console
Prepare weekly & monthly reports with insights and action points
Analyse trends, competitors, and audience behaviour
Recommend improvements for content, ads, and SEO campaigns
5. Content & Creative Coordination
Plan digital campaigns, creative directions, and brand storytelling
Create briefs for designers, photographers, and influencers
Maintain digital brand consistency across all platforms
Skills & Requirements
4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, and Meta Ads
Proven experience managing brand accounts and performance-driven campaigns
Strong understanding of digital analytics and optimisation methods
Experience working with premium or design-led brands (preferred)
Excellent communication and content understanding
Strong analytical mindset with creative thinking
Ability to handle full digital marketing independently
Organised, detail-oriented, and performance-focused

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
