to manage our brand presence across online platforms. The ideal candidate will handle social media content, digital marketing activities, brand awareness campaigns, and basic analytics. Candidates should be able to plan, create, and execute marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand awareness and engagement Monitor social media trends and create relevant content Handle social media messaging, comments, and customer interactions Run basic digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads/Google Ads - if applicable) Work with design tools to create posts, banners, and short videos Track and analyze social media performance using insights/analytics Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and campaigns Assist in offline marketing activities when needed

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends Basic design skills using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills Ability to plan monthly content calendars Knowledge of hashtags, SEO basics, and social media algorithms Good understanding of analytics (Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, etc.)

Good to Have

Experience running paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads) Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, etc.) Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue) Experience in brand building or influencer marketing Ability to create reels, short videos, and trending content Understanding of basic website updates/WordPress Strong creativity with attention to detail
