Digital Marketing Specialist
(2-3 years) to lead both
paid and organic lead generation campaigns
across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be an expert in planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies that drive measurable results in the
academic and publishing sector

Key Responsibilities
Run and optimize
Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
for lead generation.
Develop
organic marketing strategies
through SEO, content, and social media.
Manage
email and WhatsApp campaigns
to convert leads into clients.
Track and report key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI).
Use tools like
Apollo.io, Lusha, MailerLite, and CRM platforms
for automation and lead validation.
Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements
2-3 years
of experience in digital marketing or lead generation.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Knowledge of
SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
academic/research marketing
or publication support.
Familiarity with
Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
