Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Handle incoming WhatsApp and website inquiries professionally.
Communicate product details, quotations, and follow-ups with potential customers.
Build strong rapport with clients through polite and persuasive communication.
Digital Marketing:
Assist in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and bulk messaging.
Maintain and update client databases and broadcast lists.
Support in creating engaging content for WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Lead Management:
Track inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads.
Maintain a daily report of messages, calls, and conversions.
Brand Promotion:
Share promotional videos, images, and offers with clients regularly.
Represent Excel India Tech positively in all online interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in
digital marketing, inside sales, or client coordination
.
Excellent communication (English & regional language).
Good personality with a confident and pleasant voice.
Proficiency in
WhatsApp Business, Canva, Google Sheets, and social media tools.
Knowledge of LED display or electronics industry is an added advantage.
