We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop impactful creatives, manage budgets efficiently, and deliver measurable campaign results across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Develop and manage keyword strategies, ad copies, targeting, and budgets
Run lead generation, remarketing, and conversion campaigns to achieve business goals
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad formats, and audience targeting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform updates
Visit events or client locations to capture and promote digital content when required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
1-2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools
Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for creative management
Good to Have:
SEO (On-page/Off-page) knowledge to complement ad campaigns
Google Ads or Meta Certifications
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot)
Familiarity with conversion tracking, tag management, or landing page optimization
