Design annual/quarterly marketing calendars aligned with admission cycles.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Implement performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor Cost per Lead (CPL), ROI, and optimize campaigns for better conversions.
Coordinate with admission/counselling teams to track enquiry-to-admission ratios.
3. Website & SEO Management
Ensure institute's website is updated with courses, testimonials, results, and blogs.
Optimize for SEO (On-page/Off-page) to rank higher for "JEE coaching in [City]" / "NEET Academy" keywords.
Regularly monitor analytics, bounce rate, and website performance.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
Plan and manage academy's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content - reels, posts, infographics, and student success stories.
Manage online reputation, reviews, and community engagement.
5. Campaign & Event Promotion
Promote offline/online events like seminars, mock tests, scholarship tests, and orientation sessions.
Create digital campaigns for admission seasons and scholarship drives.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for promotional creatives.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
Present weekly/monthly ROI, lead reports, and admissions impact to management.
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
7. Team & Vendor Coordination
Manage in-house digital team (SEO, social media, designers, video editors).
Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for ad campaigns, media buying, and tech support.
Train counsellors on handling digital enquiries effectively.
8. Branding & Market Research
Strengthen academy's online brand positioning against competitors.
Conduct competitor analysis for pricing, campaigns, and messaging.
Suggest innovative digital trends for student engagement.
