are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid campaigns, driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversions. Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS). Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and other analytics tools. Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance performance. Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives and promotional campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure effective campaign strategies. Ensure compliance with advertising policies across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies. Proficiency in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, display ads, and retargeting campaigns. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
