We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of expertise to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating quality leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on insights and feedback
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics including ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates
Oversee all online campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
Content Creation & Management
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content
Manage digital assets including website content, blogs, social media posts, and videos
SEO & SEM
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns for maximum impact
Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
Track, report, and analyze website performance and PPC initiatives
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Monitor and participate in relevant industry and competitor discussions
Analytics & Reporting
Measure and report campaign performance against defined goals (ROI and KPIs)
Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints
Budget Management
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of funds across campaigns
Monitor monthly spending and align with overall marketing objectives
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to maintain consistent messaging
Mentor junior team members and share best practices on emerging digital trends
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management
Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
Strong knowledge of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
