Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team at
Dr. Kennedy Infotech
. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote our group brands - healthcare, fitness, and diagnostics - across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid ads, social media, SEO, and performance marketing, with the ability to generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for all brands.
Create and manage
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
campaigns with ROI-driven strategies.
Plan and execute
SEO strategies
to improve organic visibility of hospital, gym, and diagnostic services.
Handle
social media marketing
- content planning, posting, engagement, and growth strategies.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across creatives.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) and provide reports with actionable insights.
Manage online reputation through reviews, responses, and local listings (Google Business Profiles).
Research competitor strategies and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead.
Drive
lead generation campaigns
to increase hospital patient inquiries, gym memberships, and diagnostic bookings.
Collaborate with internal teams to support offline campaigns through digital amplification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools
.
Hands-on experience in
performance marketing
and
lead generation campaigns
.
Understanding of healthcare, fitness, or diagnostic industry marketing (preferred).
Excellent communication and content planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Digital Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
