You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and business objectives. A mix of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking is essential in this role to ensure successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for SEO growth.
Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, content, internal linking) to improve rankings.
Manage off-page SEO strategies (backlinking, content outreach) to drive organic traffic.
Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more.
Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes, applying best practices in all campaigns.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Develop social media content calendars and create engaging content to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.
Analyze social media performance and generate insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) from strategy through execution.
Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries or feedback on social media.
SMO (Social Media Optimization):
Optimize social media profiles and content to increase organic reach and visibility.
Monitor and manage brand reputation on social media.
Drive organic growth through social media engagement, shares, and influencer collaborations.
Implement strategies to boost social signals and improve rankings on search engines.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
Regularly provide insights and recommendations to internal teams or clients on how to optimize digital marketing strategies.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert digital marketing advice.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, ensuring that strategies are innovative and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SMM, and SMO.
Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns, growing social media channels, and optimizing social media performance.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid ad management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of web analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research methodologies.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
Creative Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and messaging.
Ability to develop creative and engaging social media content (text, images, video).
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
A/B testing experience to determine the best-performing strategies and campaigns.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, with good Communication.
