We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires strong analytical expertise, strategic planning, and execution skills to deliver measurable business growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Native Ads.
Build and manage paid campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.
Set up and optimize targeting, bids, and budgets for maximum ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and deliver actionable insights.
Implement tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) and conversion goals.
Knowledge in Keyword Planner, Semrush, GTM, GA, GSC, Moz.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
Create a Canva design and content for creatives and landing pages.
Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting.
Stay updated with platform developments and industry best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, retargeting, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads / Meta Ads Certification.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or service-based industries.
