Key Responsibilities
:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Perform SEO (on-page and off-page), SEM, and keyword analysis
Manage and grow the company's social media presence and engagement
Work with the content team to create and publish blog posts, landing pages, emailers, etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Generate leads and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and funnel optimization
Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
:
Google Ads or HubSpot certifications (optional but preferred)
Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus
