Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Paid Advertising to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms. Set up and manage search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Write effective ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for visuals and video assets. Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to meet KPIs. Track and report on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Implement A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Work closely with the SEO and content team to align organic and paid strategies.
Key Skills Required:

Strong command of Google Ads Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Knowledge of pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and Google Tag Manager Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) Familiarity with lead generation funnels, performance marketing, and retargeting Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills
