Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive conversions, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including: Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Manage ad budgets and ensure optimal ROI across all campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing. Proven success in managing campaigns with measurable KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS). Proficiency in ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Strong understanding of conversion tracking and UTM parameters. Excellent Excel/Sheets and reporting skills. Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities. Good communication and time-management skills.
