We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.We're hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram , Google ads). You'll create targeted ads, manage budgets, analyze performance, and improve ROI

Key Responsibilities:

*Strategy, campaign creation/launch, optimization, performance analysis/reporting, A/B testing, staying updated on Meta Ads.

*Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms.

*Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns for better ROI.

*Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

*Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

*Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably 1-3 years

*Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

*Excellent communication and creative skills.

*Proven Meta Ads experience with results, strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, analytical skills.

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
