Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on content creation, poster design, SEO, social media, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical skills and creative flair to manage digital campaigns and online presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Campaigns & Strategy



Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Collaborate with the team to align digital strategies with brand goals. Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

2. Content Marketing



Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Write blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and product content. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to deliver engaging content. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and consistent in voice and tone.

3. Graphic Design & Poster Creation



Design engaging marketing posters, banners, and creatives using tools like

Canva

,

Adobe Photoshop

, or

Illustrator

. Create visual content for social media, email campaigns, events, and promotions. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

4. Social Media Management



Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

5. SEO & Website Optimization



Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices. Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve website structure, UX, and performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track SEO performance.

6. Email Marketing & Automation



Create and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Build targeted email lists and perform A/B testing. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics, and marketing tools. Creative skills in design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):



Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc. Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut). Experience in running e-commerce or product-based marketing campaigns.
