\xc2\xb7 Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the company\'s social media presence including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
\xc2\xb7 Generate engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for Airon Academy to leverage digital channels.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, product development, and creative) to coordinate digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency across all channels.
\xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies or freelancers as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to Airon Academy platforms.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage Airon Academy\'s online reputation through proactive brand management and responding to customer inquiries and reviews.
\xc2\xb7 Support in Video shoots for Branding & Social Media Platforms and assisting the design team with ideas based on market.
\xc2\xb7 Create & Maintain publishing calendar & coordinate with all branches on collecting respective materials for branding content.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
\xc2\xb7 Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\xc2\xb7 Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Certifications in digital marketing (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are desirable.
