Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Experience: 2+ years' Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable and not a constraint for the right candidate) Office Location: Thane (Kolshet) Key

Responsibilities:

o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. o Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels, focusing on lead generation with a monthly budget of up to ₹10 lakhs. o Design, build, and grow our social media presence, ensuring strategic alignment for engagement, brand positioning, and lead acquisition. o Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to generate high-quality leads through Google and Meta Ads, optimizing performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead) to drive efficient results. o Analyze trends and insights, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize spend and improve campaign effectiveness. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new growth strategies, delivering innovative solutions that enhance lead generation and conversions. o Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously improve campaign outcomes. o Regularly track and analyze website and marketing analytics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture, etc., to report performance and suggest improvements. o Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and new technologies in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
