Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage
PPC campaigns
on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and share regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights.
- Work closely with the content/design team to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes

- Manage and optimize budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
paid digital marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
-Strong understanding of
CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking
.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools

- Knowledge of
SEO basics
and how paid campaigns integrate with overall digital marketing strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field

4-5 years of experience in
performance marketing

3.
Agency or education/training industry experience is a bonus.
