Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling all digital marketing activities of the studio -- from social media management to content planning, performance marketing, and brand visibility. This role requires someone who understands both

design sensibility and digital strategy

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and execute content calendars aligned with ongoing projects Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing content Write captions, ad copies, and basic marketing content Handle paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google - basic to intermediate level) Monitor engagement, insights, and analytics to improve performance Manage website content updates and basic SEO practices Handle email marketing, lead generation campaigns, and follow-ups Stay updated with digital marketing trends relevant to architecture & design Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management Strong understanding of Instagram-first marketing Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads Good content writing and communication skills Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics (important) Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
