We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our brand visibility, organic growth, and lead-generation efforts across multiple digital channels. The role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling content and maintain a strong corporate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO & AEO)
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic o Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization o Perform technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, crawling, indexation, schema, site speed) o Optimize for Search Engines (Google/Bing) and emerging Answer Engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) o Monitor performance through GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
Social Media Management
Plan and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X) o Manage monthly content calendars, build community engagement, and increase brand reach o Write clear, error-free, and professional captions/copy aligned with brand tone o Analyze platform performance and optimize for growth and engagement
Paid Advertising (Performance / PPC / Demand Gen)
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads o Manage targeting, segmentation, bidding, and budget optimization o Run remarketing and lead-generation campaigns for B2B SaaS o Track campaign performance and improve CPC, CTR, and overall ROAS
Content & Analytics
Collaborate with design and development teams for landing pages and creatives o Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all digital touchpoints o Track, measure, and report SEO, social, and ad performance monthly with insights and action plans
Key Skills & Requirements
Excellent English communication (written & verbal) -- Mandatory o Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media, and paid ads o Proven record of improving organic traffic and executing successful ad campaigns o Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, Content SEO, and AEO strategies o Experience with Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs o Familiarity with WordPress or equivalent CMS o Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making o Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and development teams
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs o Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads o WordPress / CMS o Canva / Content Scheduling Tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
