Content Optimization
: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and user intent, focusing on improving organic rankings for targeted keywords.
Link Building
: Drive backlink acquisition strategies by identifying authoritative websites for link-building opportunities, fostering strong relationships, and boosting domain authority.
Technical SEO Audits
: Perform regular technical SEO audits, identify areas for improvement (site speed, mobile optimization, URL structure, etc.), and implement fixes to enhance website performance.
Analytics & Reporting
: Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to track key metrics, assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies, and provide detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Paid PPC Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution
: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social media campaigns to meet KPIs and deliver high ROI.
Budget Management
: Oversee campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and adjust bids and budgets based on campaign performance to maximize ad spend efficiency.
Ad Creation and Optimization
: Create compelling and engaging ad copy, design eye-catching landing pages, and implement A/B testing to maximize conversion rates and campaign performance.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
: Conduct audience research to refine targeting strategies for paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns, ensuring the ads reach the right customers.
Performance Analysis
: Monitor PPC campaign performance using platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media analytics tools. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving PPC campaigns.
Cross-Platform Marketing
: Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and optimizing for each platform's unique features and audiences.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
