We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our internal team and drive ongoing performance-based marketing initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in SEO, Paid Ads management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Bing), and B2B-focused growth strategies across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct complete SEO process including technical audits, keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
Manage outreach campaigns, link-building, and content optimization to strengthen authority in competitive niches.
Implement schema, hreflang, and website technical SEO improvements for international targeting.
Track SEO performance via GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
Paid Ads (PPC) Management
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook for B2B lead generation.
Manage monthly ad spends of ?10 Lakh+ (or equivalent international currency) and optimize ROI.
Create and test campaign strategies (audiences, creatives, bidding models) for USA, UK, UAE, and Australia markets.
Build A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.
B2B Focused Marketing
Develop tailored audience strategies for C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and sector-specific industries.
Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with business development goals.
Generate consistent, qualified B2B leads through multi-channel campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs for SEO and Ads including CTR, CPC, CPA, lead quality, authority growth, and keyword ranking.
Create detailed weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
Ensure proper tracking through GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
Requirements 4-5 years proven experience in SEO + Paid Ads Management (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Strong exposure to B2B marketing in UK, USA, UAE, and Australian markets.
Minimum track record of managing ad spends of ?10 Lakhs+ per month (or higher).
Strong knowledge of all SEO processes: technical SEO, outreach, link building, content optimization.
Ability to independently conceptualize and manage international PPC campaigns.
Advanced understanding of analytics, tracking systems, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to work with management teams.
Good to Have Experience with programmatic SEO, data-driven content strategies, and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for campaign integration.
Knowledge of performance-based campaign models and lead validation processes.
Experience Level: 4-5+ years in digital marketing (SEO + Ads) dia-based with global market exposure
Target Markets: USA, UK, UAE, Australia
Budget Handling: ₹10 Lakhs+ monthly ad spend
