Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns to achieve targeted results.
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow audience and engagement.
Create and optimize ad creatives, captions, and visuals for different social media platforms.
Edit and produce engaging
videos
for digital campaigns, reels, and promotional content.
Design and edit
posters, banners, and other marketing materials
using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new digital opportunities.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad algorithms, and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
campaigns.
Strong understanding of
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Basic to intermediate skills in
video editing
(Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
Proficiency in
poster and ad design tools
(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of
SEO
, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
